We have Monte Verde beach right in front of the hotel, it is 30 seconds walking from the hotel, it is good for walk, do exercise or Yoga, for swim we always advice Areal de Santa Barbara, 15 minutes walking from the Hotel, there are lifeguards and the sea is not so rough.
