Whale Watching & Island Tour Sete Cidades with lunch

Whale Watching - our half-day trips to the sea are the opportunity to meet and admire the marine mammals of the Azores in their natural habitat. Using the technique of lookouts placed strategically on the south coast of the island, our boats set out to meet these unique beings, on a journey that is a mix of fun, adventure, discovery and scientific knowledge.

Van Tour.  After lunch in a local restaurant, we begin the van tour with a visit to a pineapple plantation in a greenhouse, observing the various stages of growth of this fruit and tasting the liqueur. Passage at Pico do Carvão, with views over the central part of the island, and from where you can simultaneously see the north and south coasts of São Miguel. We continue our tour towards the Vista do Rei viewpoint, with a unique view over Lagoa das Sete Cidades. On the way down to the parish, we have the opportunity to visit Lagoa de Santiago. The tranquility of the place invites you to take a brief stop on the shore of Lagoa das Sete Cidades to create your photographic moment. We returned to Ponta Delgada on the south-west side of the island.

What to bring
Comfortable shoes with rubber sole.
